We have designed the demising walls between units with double studs with a 1” gap between them and insulated with dense pack cellulose insulation. We have designed the floor to ceiling assembly between units with a Gyp-Crete floor topping, sound attenuating batt insulation and ‘Genie Clip’ sound isolation clips to fasten the drywall ceiling to. The sound ratings for the walls between units are STC 61. The floor assemblies are at STC 55 and IIC 55.
